Information reaching Ghjuice.com indicates that the National Service Scheme will upload the annual evaluation form of 2019 trained teachers offering their national service to their dashboards.
Our sources indicate that the annual evaluation form will appear on the dashboard of personnel on Monday, 2nd November 2020.
Personnel will be required to download or print and fill the annual evaluation form then send it to your headmaster or headmistress for endorsement.
However, those who may not have access to their headmaster or headmistress is to contact their district or municipal NSS office for further instruction
The personnel will have up to November 13th to submit the endorsed certificate to their district National Service Secretariat
