3-semester degree top-up for diploma holders: What we know now
The UCC has teamed up with MoE and GNAT to provide a 3-semester degree top-up for diploma holders.
The portal is therefore opened for diploma holders who want degree top-up to apply for the academic year. Apply HERE
The university has also released the admission list for qualified diploma holders to start the 2020/2021 academic year. Check your name HERE
Ghjuice.com has gathered some important facts about the top-up that you must be aware off.
Facts
1. Duration: The top-up is said to start in November 2020 and will last for a period 1 and half years (3 semester)
2. Eligibility : Every diploma holder can apply including 2020 trained teachers.
3. Fees : Admitted applicant is expected to pay an amount of GHc 2,000 as admission fee and first semester fee. Payments are supposed to be made before 13th November, 2020
4. What happens if I miss out on the admission: The program is said to run yearly according to a notification on the UCC top-up portal
5. Level: Successful candidates will be awarded the Degree in Basic Education
