Delay of Postings political- Counselor

A counselor has advised trained teachers awaiting postings to act now as the delay seem political to him

According to him, trained teachers should used social media with the help of hashtag to let their voices be heard

Counsellor Daniel Fenyi wants graduates from Colleges of Education (CoE) who are awaiting postings to understand that the delay in their postings looks too POLITICAL. Somebody just wants to play go-slow with their postings till the elections are over then the real frustrations will start.

My friends among the graduates have sent me videos, tapes and press releases from NAPO, Opoku Amankwah and GES. One thing is obvious; their excuses are not convincing. In fact, they don’t even have one consistent excuse. All of them are saying different empty things. Some even said the postings will come “within the shortest possible time”, nkwasia 1957 line sei.

The solution is simple; the graduates must also begin to act POLITICAL. They must begin to draw public attention and sympathy into the situation. They must start 3 things- a social media movement (which I’ve used my Counsellor Daniel Fenyi pages to start for them for free), send petitions to traditional media (TV, Radio, Newspapers) and HIT THE STREETS (most effective). Get Ghana talking. Get everybody’s attention. Start trending. Let Ghana see, feel and hear you on TV, Radio and the STREETS. Trend a #HashTag on Twitter and Facebook. Don’t be timid like the old teachers.

These politicians can be very foolish, they destroy and delay young people’s future anyhow especially when their own children are not involved. You too must endanger their political career! Turn this into an NDC and NPP issue, quickly. Turn it into an ELECTION thing.

Walk, demonstrate, dance, cry, protest, march to Flagstaff House, Ministry of Education and GES Headquarters. TV3, Adom FM, Peace FM, JoyFM will cover and they’ll “vomit” the postings! They have to know that without the postings, You, Your Family, Your Friends, Your Enemies and Your Neighbours will NOT vote for them. This might sound like a joke to some of you but you’ll understand things better if you’re not posted before the elections.

Remember, you are to fight for two things- Postings and Appointment letters. Both must come before December 7. A posting without an appointment letter is still unemployment. That’s where you can work for 3 years and still get 3 months salary. TEIN and TTAG, this is your thing. I believe in you. College People, the movement is started, CONTINUE…!!!You have just 1 week!
